Mohammad Fakhrul Islam
Mohammad Fakhrul Islam is the founder of the ResearchCraft Training & Consultancy (RCTC). He is also working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Stamford University of Bangladesh. Before that, he served as a Lecturer at Bangladesh University of Business & Technology (BUBT). He has ten years of active teaching experience. Mr. Islam is doing his PhD at the Hungarian University of Agriculture & Life Sciences (MATE), Hungary. Before that, he did his MBA and BBA from the department of Management at the Faculty of Business Studies, University of Rajshahi. He also received PGDHRM from the Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM) and ABIA from the Bangladesh Insurance Academy (BIA).
He has proven consulting & advisory skills in HR, research, and publications. He has conducted seminars and workshops at different universities and institutions. Mr. Islam has also participated & presented his contemporary HR & related research papers at different international conferences at home and abroad. He has a good number of scholarly research articles in different reputed national and international journals. Mr. Islam is working as a reviewer for reputed journals of well-established publishers like SAGE, Springer, Elsevier, Taylor & Francis, etc . He writes columns regularly on contemporary issues in the national dailies and reputed online portals. Mr. Islam is a popular public & professional speaker, attended many invited speeches at home and abroad.

Md Rashed is our founder of ResearchCraft Training and Consultancy (RCTC). Holding an MBA from Dalian University of Technology, China, and a BBA from the International University of Business Agriculture and Technology, Dhaka, Bangladesh, he has demonstrated academic excellence with top-notch resrach skills and publications.
Md Rashed is highly accomplished with a strong academic background and extensive experience in research, academia, and corporate environments. He holds an MBA from the Dalian University of Technology, China, and a BBA from the International University of Business Agriculture and Technology, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He has demonstrated academic excellence with top-notch research skills and publications. His research expertise spans various areas, including Research methodology, project management, organizational behaviour during crises, FinTech, and organizational resilience.
In his professional journey, Md Rashed has held positions such as Research Assistant at BI Norwegian Business School, Oslo, Norway, RA at Bangladesh University Grant Commission (UGC) and Research Associate (Data Analyst) at BRAC Business School, BRAC University. He has contributed significantly to research projects, conducting research training, publications, and conferences, showcasing his dedication to advancing knowledge in his field.
